Requirements

Display must be set up and ready no later than: 9:00 A.M.
Display must be removed, and area cleaned up by: 5:00 PM
Application and entry fee must be received no later than April 1st.

In consideration of acceptance as an exhibitor or vendor at the Conejo Valley Car Show, I or my representative hereby fully and unconditionally agree to:

Release the Conejo Valley Rotary Club, Thousand Oaks Rotary Club, Conejo Park & Recreation and City of Thousand Oaks and any of their representatives from any liability that may arise out of the April 26, 2009 Classic Car Show;
Release all officials, personnel, sponsors or co-sponsoring businesses or individuals, jointly and separately, from any and all liability arising out of said event
Does hereby give permission to use entrant's information contained herein for publicity purposes.
